Deep Listening Training Program: Enjoy this self-paced training program  to help you become a 5-star communicator at your own pace. Lifetime access. (Level 1, 2, and 3)

Private Phone Coaching, 3 Sessions: Nothing beats a personal, private connection. The time to connect, share, and be coached in your communication and relationship efforts is one of the best parts of this program. We’ll meet on phone or Zoom to fine-tune your progress focus your energies, effectively, in the relationships that matter most to you. (Level 1, 2, and 3)

Free Ticket to Community Cuddles group cuddling events: Once a month we host a group cuddling event similar to a Cuddle Party. Check out Facebook or MeetUp for the most current listings. (Level 1, 2, and 3)

Detailed Intake and Assessment helps you get the benchmark of where you are and where you want to go so that the Loneliness Cure can work it’s magic for YOU. (Level 2 and 3)

Making Peace With the Push and Pull – a simple step-by-step process to make peace with the warring voices within you, find inner harmony, and actualize your potential in all relationships. (Level 2 and 3)

Weekly guided meditations, inspirations, and homework prompts to use each week of the Loneliness Cure – Use these short shots of focus and inspiration to apply the Loneliness Cure in your daily life. Every big change starts with small steps. These small steps are guaranteed to take you in the direction you want to go at work, in your family, and in relationship. (Level 2 and 3)

9 Private Sessions: You and I meet together face-to-face to do some hard yet really fun and relaxing work with touch and words. You’ll get to experience a deep sense of connection, safety, and belonging. Once you know what it feels like, you’ll be able to create it far more easily in your life and relationships. If you’ve never felt really safe, held, and connected it’s nearly impossible to find or create it in your life. These one on one sessions help you have an embodied sense of connection that facilitates neuroplasticity. Your brain will quite literally begin to see the world a whole new way. (Level 2 and 3)

What’s Working Survey. You get more of the things you focus on. Each week I’ll invite you to complete an email survey to focus on what’s working and track your progress over time. At the end of the Loneliness Cure, you’ll get all your weekly “What’s Working Surveys” back so you can review your progress and more easily celebrate all the victories you might otherwise forget. (Level 2 and 3)

Consent and Empowerment with the Wheel of Consent Workshops – Connect with a community of like-minded people while learning the skills of asking for what you want and setting boundaries. At least once during the Loneliness Cure, I’ll be hosting a workshop based on Dr. Betty Martin’s Wheel of Consent. The Wheel is a powerful tool for living with more fun and less drama, more connection and less guesswork, and a great way to end Loneliness. (Level 2 and 3)

6 additional one on one sessions. My clients who are most committed to their growth and empowerment meet with more than once a week. At Level 3 you’ll get 18 sessions over 12 weeks plus our “date”. This is powerful work and it builds on it’s own success. As you retrain your body, mind, and entire nervous system to feel the world as possible of welcoming you just as you are, your whole demeanor, outlook, and life changes. You will be more successful in everything you do. Putting in the work and the time to retrain yourself is necessary. These one on one sessions are my favorite part of the Loneliness Cure. They allow your nervous systems to reset faster and for life to feel less painful and more fun at a rapid rate. (Level 3)

A practice “date” where we try on the skills you most want to learn in “the wild”. Any platonic activity like going out to dinner, going to a movie, cooking dinner together – we practice in the social setting you would most like to feel at ease in so that when you meet someone you want as a friend or romantic partner, you know in your body that you can do it. Thinking about something is one thing; actually doing it is another. Let’s practice so you KNOW you can do it. (Level 3)

Unlimited access via Messenger or email. I invite you to reach out to me any time to share questions, fears, and insights. Knowing that there is always someone you can reach out to and that you will be received with care, compassion, and support is a priceless gift. You are welcome and invited to share as much as you like as often as you like. I will respond when it works for me, at least once every 24 hours. I may save more complex responses for our phone or in-person sessions.(Level 3)
